A crimson sky over the rocks at Corona del Mar, the incoming water held open long enough to turn to mist.
A long exposure made low to the rocks as the tide came through. The shutter stays open long enough that the water stops behaving like water and starts behaving like weather. Vertical, dark at the base, with all the colour in the upper third — it holds a tall wall well.
Where it hangs well: stairwells, narrow walls, and rooms with height to fill.
