Little Corona del Mar is a small cove below the bluffs, and for about six minutes on a clear evening the water there turns the colour of the sky. This frame was made at the end of one of those evenings, from the sand, at the tide line. It hangs best on a wall that gets warm afternoon light — the metallic paper picks up the room and the horizon line sits quietly.
Where it hangs well: coastal living rooms, entryways and primary bedrooms.
