Joseph's a great photographer that I've done several projects with. He really does a good job of making me and others feel comfortable in front of the camera — which is SO important to get photos that look natural. Many photographers can't do that. Senior portraits, acting headshots, model portfolios, and everything in between.
I hired Joseph to take senior pictures of my son. I didn't want the usual posed studio session and Joseph didn't disappoint. We met at an outdoor location which had both architectural and natural elements to use. Joseph chatted with my son making him feel very comfortable and was able to photograph our son truly. We got the picture we wanted as well as a bunch of great art shots.
Joseph is the best photographer with a real know-how to shoot people and landscape. I'm just sad to live so far from him! (His work is helping my acting career.)

Kids, toddlers, and whole families — captured in their natural element.
I barely have any pics with my daughter, which is pretty saddening considering the amount of time we spend together. Joseph truly spent time capturing moments of us together at the beach — one of our favorite places. He was SO patient and wonderful with my overly-energetic toddler and just let us be in our natural element while capturing those moments organically. Even my toddler exclaimed "I like ALL OF THEM!"
Joseph is an amazing photographer with a keen eye for detail. He was warm and professional and we really enjoyed our session with him. Joseph was able to keep our young children engaged and captured some beautiful moments of them smiling! The lighting in our final photos looks so magical and ethereal and definitely exceeded our expectations.
We chose Joseph because we loved his work of family portraits. He captures the moments you want. He made the shoot fun and we could tell he really knew what he was doing!! At one point, my 15-month-old bonked his head and started crying. My husband picked him up to hug and console him. I am so grateful to Joseph for capturing the most quirky, adorable, and sweet moments during our family photo shoot — specially when my daughters were making silly faces. We arrived late, and Joseph was so kind to wait for us and was very patient. Getting two toddlers to take pictures is a major task, but Joseph was amazing in the way he brought out their personalities and just let them be kids.
